Agricultural Society Memberships are available for $40.00 at Gahm’s Car & Truck Parts, 1200 Fairground Road, Lucasville. Must be 21 years of age and a Scioto County resident to become a member. This Membership entitles members to one admission to the fair each day and the right to vote in the Society election in October.
Thursday, August 5 – Friday, August 6
Senior Fair Office Open to purchase fair passes – 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m. Options include $20 Senior Citizen (60 or older) Season Pass, $30.00 Season Pass which each of these entitles bearer to one fair admission each day (does not include rides) and $9.00 Good Any Day Tickets which include one admission and ride stamp any day of the fair. Good Any Day Tickets are only available at the discounted rate through Sunday, August 8.

Senior Fair Office Open, 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m.
4-H Building Open for Booth Construction Only, 12:00 noon – 5:00 p.m. Note: No sign in of projects.
Sunday, August 8
4-H Beef, Dairy, & Horse Penning and All Open Livestock- Anytime
4-H Market Hog Arrival: Weighing, & Penning, 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. only
4-H Lamb & Goat Arrival: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. All lambs & Goats must be penned by 5:00p.m.
4-H Poultry & Rabbit Check In: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
4-H Building: Booth Set-up, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sign-in noon – 5:00p.m.
Senior Fair Office Open: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
4-H Building: Still, Clothing, Food & Nutrition, etc. Project Sign-in, noon – 5:00 p.m.
Farm Products Building: Entries accepted for Art, Farm Products, Fruits & Nuts, Culinary, & Needlework Departments, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Livestock Complex: All 4-H Beef Projects must be Penned, 7:30 a.m.
Farm Products Building: Entries accepted for Art, Farm Products, Fruits & Nuts, Culinary, & Needlework Departments, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
Livestock Complex: Weigh 4-H Steers, 8:00 a.m.
Senior Fair Office Open: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Poultry Building: 4-H Poultry Show, 9:00 a.m.
Tablescapes setup and entries turn in. 9:00a.m. – 12:00 noon, Judging begins at noon.

Local Talent Showcase Tent: KC the DJ – 8:00 pm
Senior Fair Office Open: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Livestock Arena: Sale of Champions – Live Auction (Sale Order: Poultry, Goat, Swine, Rabbit, Sheep & Beef) 1:00 p.m. The buyer’s registration table opens at 11:00a.m. (Only the Champion animals from each specie will be sold at this live auction)
Livestock Arena – Barnyard Olympics – Clubs must submit entries by Wednesday at noon
Junior Fair Premiums must be picked up at the Junior Fair Premium Office by 5:00 p.m.
Midnight – 4-H Livestock may be removed
Sunday, August 15
All exhibits may be removed between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m. The Senior Fair Office will be open during these hours for exhibitors to pick up Senior Fair premiums if they are not distributed by the Departmental Superintendents. All items in any exhibit not removed during these times will be discarded.
